Skies of Fury

A collaborative piece done alongside my man Erik Schumacher, we finished this not too long ago and I'm really proud of the result. I had the concept for a while and when I pitched it to Erik, he just went with it and it took off from there. The idea of this piece is centered around capturing a precise moment, that "point" before impact.

This is probably my most proud collaboration to date, I learned a lot and used some different techniques this time around, and I'm really interested in doing more of these whenever possible. Do take a look at ~kire1987's deviantART profile, and you'll see so much more of what this guy can do. It's been a pleasure and I hope we can do it again sometime.
